Pura Vida Photography, a Utah based photography company, posted a video to their Facebook page of aerial shots of the newly renovated Ogden Utah temple. The professional video lasts about two minutes long, features angles of the Latter-day Saint temple at both sunset and night time, and has almost 900 shares.
The Ogden Utah Temple Open House will be every Monday through Saturday, beginning August 1 and ending September 6. The formal dedication of the temple will take place on Sunday, September 21. Yesterday, Mormon Newsroom reported that three dedicatory sessions will be broadcast at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. to Latter-day Saint meetinghouses throughout all of Utah and also in the areas of Wyoming and Idaho that are within the Ogden Temple’s district.
In addition to the rededication, two cultural celebrations will take place the day before, on Saturday, September 20. The celebrations will feature music and dance.
Tickets for the open house are free, but must be reserved. Those wanting to attend the open house can reserve tickets at templeopenhouse.churchofjesuschrist.org for a maximum of 25 tickets at a time, or by calling 1-855-537-2000 for larger groups.
