Members of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir were elated when Choir President, Ron Jarrett, announced a 2016 European Tour on July 23, 2015.

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir hasn’t performed in Europe for over 18 years. Jarrett told Mormon Newsroom, “One of my primary goals when I became the choir’s president in 2012 was to start touring internationally again.” He continued by saying,

Through social media we have been able to reach audiences far and wide. Now with this tour, we are thrilled that for the first time in nearly two decades international audiences will be able to enjoy the music of the choir in person.

The 20-day tour includes performances in Berlin, Nuremberg, Vienna, Zurich, Frankfurt, Brussels and Rotterdam. The tour will take place June 27 through July 16, 2016.

Venue and ticket information will be announced at a later date.
