On Thursday, the Mormon Newsroom released a statement and video about Temple Garments and Temple Clothing worn by members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The video compares sacred clothing worn by LDS members to the sacred clothing worn by members of other faiths around the world.
The Mormon Newsroom also responds to those who call the sacred clothing “magic underwear” or other names, saying that it is not only inaccurate, but offensive towards members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, who treat the wearing of Garments as sacred.
