A Latter-day Saint charity has donated hundreds of wheelchairs and hearing aids to help 500 different families by the end of November.

At a donation ceremony hosted on November 19, 2014, the American LDS Charity Association—based in an east China province—donated a total of 250 wheelchairs and 1 million Yuan ($0.17 million) worth of hearing aids to women and children in China.

Women of China reported that during the ceremony, Latter-day Saint representatives visited with some of the families in need and joined local government leaders in presenting some of the wheelchairs and hearing aids to the families.
