New Mission Opportunities
The Church has recently announced that single members of the Church who are over the age of 40 may now serve a full-time mission! This has the potential to fill a lot more needs in regards to missionary work throughout the world. The Church News website states, “They will be considered for a variety of assignments, including in area and mission offices, family history or other roles for which they have unique life or career experience, such as medical or legal responsibilities.” Older missionaries come with wisdom and life experience that can greatly benefit those they will be serving.
