Take a Drive to the Temple
Our lives can get super busy and overwhelming at times. Sometimes in those moments, we just need to take a little bit of time to reconnect with our Heavenly Father. Krista tells of an experience she had where she needed to take a drive to the temple with her scriptures and talk with God. When she got there, she looked up at the sky and the stars made her feel so small. She thought, “there’s no way God knows who I am. All I do is fold laundry and burn macaroni and cheese.” She turned to Alma 26 in her Book of Mormon where she read, “Now we see that God is mindful of every people… yea, he numbereth his people… this is my joy, and my great thanksgiving.”
The Spirit was able to warm Krista’s soul and let her know that she is truly known by God.
