  1. Talk about 'Justice', do you know what or who is Justice? Something interesting...
  2. The Associated Press: Bin Laden: Pope Helps Anti-Islam Crusade I am wondering how does a DEAD MAN can still speak? "Come on Al Q, did not the Koran teach you 'It is forbidden to Lie?' Stop with the charade and move on.
  3. How about 'organic robotics?'
  4. Correct. Do you what happened to David?
  5. I used to be a Catholic....
  6. Christ
  7. I wish the First Presidency would do away with Single Wards. I was asked in the 80s about Single Wards and passionately decline the move.
  8. I need to sit and blog a story concerning the AC influence over a few saints.
  9. There are two cities if my memory serves me right with my last study in this field, have close spelling to those presented in the BOM. Remember also, some of these cities were given names by those who founded the area. Strange but nothing in relation to the last owners. Others, were taken from what ever artifacts found. This doesn't mean, when the Lamanites took over those cities didn't change the name and wiped away all traces of the original builders. This had happen throughout civilizations and history. Now, that was not his intention, it is mere testimony of what is, is the key; not to rely or borrow light from others.
  10. The first concept with dealing with the Godhead, something I see you don't clearly understand, beside the reading materials presented before you, the use of language. DEAR434: I going to Yes to this idiom. For me, I do understand what is being presented. That is a correct statement that he did witnessed the Godhead. Whether you can agree with this or come to grips with reality, the fact is there. I do know individuals who witnessed the veil renting, have commonality when observing the moment as Stephen and Joseph Smith. I do see at this point, your objection with idioms is an issue. Now, if that idiom is problem, perhaps, ‘removing the beam out your eye' maybe an issue. LOL
  11. First you need to gain a testimony, the rest [truths] will be given over time based your maturity in the gospel. I can tell you, there were no pre-Adamites, this earth is nothing more than remodeled world that was previous discarded and reused, animals adopt to every new earth [man does not] and explains the variation of species for each world [John spoke briefly on this], and the big bang is partly correct. Now, what I have spoken if revealed with clarity cannot be had in any current works. My point, GOD does reveal mysterious to HIS children. If you have that strong desire to know the truths, whether in this world or others, make a change in your life and seek out Savior vice dogmas of world [Lucifer].
  12. Perhaps a sneak beyond the veil will reveal the truth. Hows your faith lately? Thirdperson is correct.
  13. Instead of linking articles as your thoughts, let it be personal.
  14. I have met a certain large well known family in Southern California, when each of the offspring parents would teach their own children not to interact with other members, cross city boundaries, or even to speak to others outside the progeny. Strange I thought. Then I seen another large family in that same stake, outside ward boundary, one city over, who parents walk the line, sacrificing for the kingdom, out going, and do know in the end, the parents will be glorified upon there departure, stand with Abraham, Adam, and so forth. Yet, the kids of the first would shun them. Now, this is not usual to see class distinction in the church; even in the territory of Utah. . Remember the BOM talked about this? My warning for that first family, the Lord does not tolerate this behavior. If anything, the second family, noting some discovered information dealing with genealogy work, are from the House of David. Now, I wouldn't worry what others think or do. Soon, the owner will return and begin to sweep out the dirt in the House.
  15. If you are planning for such a venture, but do it soon before the money dries up.
  16. Same here...reading the book becomes alive for me. Actors, stage, location, and dialog.
  17. If you say so....
  18. There is a difference of ‘one who walks by faith of the world’ and ‘one walks knowingly.’ There is nothing in this world going to persuade those who know; for they do not walk blindly in the daylight, when the world will call it night. The world will have its five-minutes to discredit the Savior works from the beginning to the end of time, but in the end friend, when He reigns, all academic studies of the past will be corrected. We have the free agency to choose in this life to find that answer. Few will, most will not. Your second statement is based on proposition practices of others [DNA, Archeology]. There is no real underlining bullet proof evidence to say otherwise. Now, did any of them care to ask GOD, to validate there work as Joseph Smith did when questioning other religions? Unlikely! Or perhaps – faithless! We simply don’t know the whole facts on whom, what, when, where, why different groups of people came to this land by the hands of the Savior; beside those listed in the BOM. Even to understand the ruins has raised eyebrows. What would you do when you hated those of another major tribe who built those cities and when finally emptied, occupy the space? Do some research in the BOM and then research the succeeding Egyptians Pharaohs who despised the last reigning monarch. Your third statement, if you had such a machine, you will be shock to find more than the Nephites and Lamanites in the Americas. If may scare you for life…lol There is no uncertainty here, as there is no uncertainty in truth. Truth remains before God was called into existence and will remain after. Now the so-called uncertainty dogma is of man. Are you willing to give up the world and through sincerity, ask for the answer? Or what are your true intentions of being on this forum?
  19. Second paragraph dated Feb 27. Expect something on tithing soon.
  20. A question seems to trouble the priesthood leadership in the church by those of other religions or beliefs, if the boy Joseph Smith witnessed the Godhead in the grove, why is there a conflict with the revelation he received in 1832 [D&C 84] the need to have the priesthood to witness this event. Doctrine of Covenants 84:19-22 it reads: Can a non-member witness the same today?
  21. Well, another government report came out this morning, revealing the demand of gasoline is dropping and distillers are providing more retail fuel. Biggest complaint, pumping the oil out of ground has not gone up while the cost of converting raw oil to gasoline has, which they are demanding more profit sharing. Now, that didn't stop our [future] speculators after seeing the report, blamed the stock market for price increase today. I guess tomorrow, if I pass some intestinal gas, the price of oil will rise another 2.00 dollars. [Laughter] I presume there is something coming that will crash the energy market this year. Grab much profit as possible before the BIG CRUNCH.
  22. At this point, we are told to sustained the law of the land. Yes! No matter if the IRS laws are not constitutional. We have wait until the Lord to say differently. As presented in the 12th Article of Faith:
  23. Agreed. Some teachings and sermons, without further revelation from the council of the brethren [church], will have to remain close. Looking again at those conferences, the last usage was in 69 by Apostle Harold B. Lee; I stand corrected. Some subjects are mere patterns of what is; making that assumption as it continues in the next state [or actually originated from that source]. Nothing is required to assume on the first line. Seeking added clarity to the topic, the answer given is for ones edification since the church has not officially published it - or merely brushed over it [laughter]. Post anything beyond that, most are not ready to hear it. Accuracy in any scribe recording is an issue. Without the aid of voice recorders, we stand at the mercy of the scribe and the author to make correction. Thomas Bullock account of this sermon was the longest in length and noting indication it was written during the prophet’s speech [April 1844]. I believe he learned a special short hand writing technique that enables him to do so. I think if anything was missing, Clayton recording was used for a backup. Now, I do know it was Jonathan Grimshaw, who tried to make sense of the differences between each account found in 1855 and was thus published in Times and Seasons [1857]. What we see today [1978] and his first printed version, there are notable differences. We must always understand, even the earlier apostles accounts [NT] had flaws also. This did not stop those earlier clerics from not canonizing the scrolls. Again, it goes back to my earlier remark on another thread, not all latter-day prophets will have the opportunity to see what the prophet JS seen.
