Hello out there in forum land. This is my first posting and I guess I am suppose to tell you a little about myself.
My greatest accomplishment is meeting my husband and being married in the San Diego Temple. This was a wonderful experience for me and one I will never forget. My husband is a convert to the church and I will not say that our 13 years of marriage has been without it's ups and downs. What I can say is that after 13 years with the grace of Jesus Christ we now have a stronger and happier marriage then we ever have. Surprise, surprise when we started to follow the directions of our Father in Heaven more strictly our lives have been blessed.
We have three wonderful children (4,6, and 11) that keep me busier then I thought possible. I used to work as a supervisor in claims for an auto insurance company for years. I never thought I would be able to stay home. I am glad to say that just a few months ago I was able to say good bye to my job and be a stay at home Mom. Not that our income has greatly changed, that it allowed me to stay home, but our attitude did on what was important. My husband, children and myself are being blessed and some how the bills are being paid. Tithing is a wonderful thing.
What do I do now that I stay home. I have found myself doing more activities with the children, my house is cleaner, started family history, I wait by the door for my husband to come home from work ( he loves this) and I started an online business. I like to shop and had a hard time finding classy sleepwear that I could wear with temple clothing. So I started Classy Dream Wear.
Well, school is getting ready to start. I am a little nervous as this is my first year being a stay at home mom. Any advise on how to manage staying in a good spirit when you hear children fighting and no longer interact with adults or get that pat on the back at work for a nice job.
I did not mean for this to be so long.
