It doesnt' matter if his chest was covered or not. Men do not have breasts. I don't know how a female would dress but I'm sure that, Heavenly Father knowing that humans are weak would not send a female angel bearing breasts.

Okay, so since the styles available do change there is a certain amount of "adjustment" made. What is a bathing machine? Bathing suits that cover the stomach and aren't extremely low cut in front are modest. The church would never condone going topless @ ANY beach.

I want to know what changes from inappropriate to appropriate as far as intimacy once youre married. (I've been married for 4 yrs and 4 months) Is there any liturature by the church that may answer this?

Well simple fix for the cell phones is not give them one at all. Let them wait until they can get one on their own. If you do get them one, get a plain one with no camera or texting. And issue it to them at times when they won't be distracted by it. New temptations: trendy clothes that are revealing-from the start, help them realize that their worth is not determined by what they wear or what they have. Music: allow only uplifting music in your home. If they happen to hear inappropriate/vulgar music outside the home they will be bothered by it more than if they are used to similar music at home. Movies: don't allow any R movies in your home. Obviously you can only set an example and determine what is allowed in your home. They still have their agency and may or may not hold to the level of standards set in your home.

Modesty doesn't changed. That doesn't make sense. modesty is modesty. The principles of modesty don't change. Even angels wore/wear long garments covering arms and legs.
