Well , I'm glad no one is hurt. I fest thought you guys would not be here , so I was happy when I fpund the forum still up. I have not been here for a long while , i will have to give you an update. The news I have now is better , I went around worried for a while. i still have not heard from some friends I have been getting calls , and no problems so far. A few damages structures , bo one I know is hurt....phew ,I am so glad ,here. edit: sorry for my bad grammmer , evrty one on my lisit is fine , and I'm being told to get sleep...so glad every one here is fine. bye,bye,for now.

Thanks^^^every one who gave me a lot of good ideas. :) I worked in to my talk with her of not giving up on something to believe in from what you all advised. I did gain some ground. She is such a kind person,she was mad at God because it is hard for anyone at times to get your mind wrapped around the bad things that happen to good people. It truns out a Lil girl she really got close with at summer camp passed awy from an illness that was easily prevented (a poor kid) the two of them started taking food,an things to another poor family's,and saw this friend of hers place her own items to give away in gift box. My Grandaughter is this way from as for back as I can recall. Always bringing home stray or injured animals,people,you name it. she would find ways for helping out in the town. So her good friend dies an she is a bit up-set with God but I explained that way it is in the world and you have to study death more,and look at what God and his son said about it. Everything has a purpose and a season...she agreed to study it with some LDS pals she sometimes hangs out with. But the best friend she mention,is my Grand son :) he is a convert for four years in the LDS church..so I know he will,comfort her broken heart and show her how these bad things can not be allowed to get you down for good. She is going to get right soon now that she knows her assignment,death of a loved one is a tuff thing to deal with at any age.

How do I help her know that there is some thing to belief in , her parents sent, her to me. (just across the street) it seems she mentioned to her parents,that if anyone knows,it would be Grandpa. (her parents or work-workaholic's) I have concerns about this as she is just 11 and I have loads of life , experience's. All my grankids have ask me for advice, but this one is tuff, for me. She is a straight A student,the smart one , in all my years she may be the top, brain in our tribe.Of all time,her IQ is off the chart. She knows topic's I am just familiar with and takes to her own research on, every thing,even history.and politics which the other kids just tolerate. I thought I should include all of that^^above so you can help her better. except I need to add to it a bit more,she has it in her head,and is strong when, she says, she can not find the answer of what is there to belief in, I know its not something to just brush off with a kid as bright and gifted, as this. As I suspect she has developed already at this tender age of 11 a strong, philosophical belief structure,her Sunday school teacher has said many of the, same thoughts as mine,even though I do not belong to the same church, (Baptist) I make it a point to get to know the people, in my, Granddaughter's life. I am active like this with all my gran-kids. if you need more details I can give them. I did not intend to take up the whole forum,but I am about to go bonkers, not sure I am good enough,I have counciled many through the years. But as you know it's tougher with some one you love.

I sure hope Russia would take the spent fuel. I have an idea,do not know if its possible.Can the world authorities monitor or help Russia to see to it the spent rods are kept away from the folks in Iran? it seems that is their country and they could just take it from the monitors though..so I guess I am hoping against all hope some how the good leaders can prevent WWIII. I do agree with one poster here that some groups seem bent on starting a war of unimaginable proportions.

When I 1st seen the title of this talk I thought it was going to be about LDS church members who where banned..but my Grandson told me " nah..gramps we are not mean people,that rarely happens " so after reading this talk I kept thinking off topic :)

I understand your suspicion ryanh,I have had no training in typing and the only thing I can think of for line brakes (what are line brakes?) I hunt and peck with one hand,and I edited to save space,thinking I was wasting band width.I heard some sites or short on band width,so i don't know what band width is either:confused: My monitor is small would that effect my posting look? I have been told that I place my text in columns,is that confusing for members replying to my question? I guess text in column,wastes band width..I don't know. Also not email ryanh I made the whole text by hunt and peck method from my head. as being ready for a run into the desert for safety,it did not enter my mind. I had dinner with a friend a few days ago who for over 40 years I have known him as a down to earth,level headed guy with his head firmly attached. What he said to me was about an attack on Iran coming in 3 to 7 days,from Israel. He has returned from that region and plans not going back,he looked worried,quickly returned to talking again of our previous talk,on him settling down for retirement. Does anyone know anything of a planed attack by Israel on Iran's Nuclear plant?

I have not had a lot of witness of Banns..except a game forum I would see a lot of folks reguest a Ban..I often thought the games may have been addictive,so the member would ask for a ban hoping that would help fix the addiction. Would that be a reason here for a ban? I could see being addicted at this forum..its more cozy than most homes

I will say this in defense of LDS leaders,in all of my time Looking into the bible,I do not ever recall them changing one word of scripture. I take this to mean they oare very concerned with Gods rule,not to change or ad to the book of revelations. The BOM & D&C are separate books. If the books mentioned above deviate from the spirit of the Law,then that's another thing. No one has proved to me they do,so its ok as far as I see. In all my years this has been so.

Preventive medicine is better as I see it,bankrupting a family in the name of Capital for medical research is not a good choice. I have seen this over and over again all my life; its about time, Yay. I just wish my dad who worked him self to death (for us) not having ; any preventive care that would have extended his life could see this monumental law. And yes your right about one thing,it most likely fail,because so many want it to. What ever became of the principal..this is what we have to work with,lets make it work. Instead of every time we just talk it to death..both parties are failing us because all; they want is to out do the other.
