My favorite one is "Making the Best of Basics: Family Preparedness" by James Talmage Stevens. It's an old book that I bought at least 10 years ago but I still use it all the time. It covers food storage (what and how much to buy and how to store and use your stored food), water storage, grains, breads, sourdough, sprouting, yogurt, cheese, fuel, supplement and other great things. It's a bit out dated but most of the information is still very valuable.
