Those who pass away from this life and have not learned their lessons for eternal life yet will be able to learn them in the Spirit World. If, however, they have hardened their hearts so much in this life that hard heartedness will continue with them in the next life and be a yoke about their necks dragging them down to the Adverasry's realm. There is much missionary work going on in the Spirit World that can help those spirits who are held in bondage by the Devil. These can still be redeemed and they can still learn some of what they didn't learn in this mortal life. Teachers are available, such as the missionaries in mortality, who will teach them the fundamentals of what they missed in mortality. They can learn, but it is much harder to learn the things that they missed without a mortal body to help them and hence if they continue to procrastinate this time to repent there will come a time when they won't have that opportunity.

There could be many types of movements that may be counted as exercise. At my age, I count this as exercise - If I see trash on the floor, I pick it up. This is an exercise we all can do:unsure:, and since walking is good exercise as well, I will walk to the waste basket to throw things away which can be a chore for me at my age, LOL. Life is not all about making long distance basketball shots, but it is good to be consistent in the amount of exercising you do at one time. It best to do as much as you reasonably can do even if it doesn't seem much at first and then gradually increase that exercise routine. :)

Gradually, the earth is being prepared for a state during the Millennium when the earth will receive it paradisiacal glory when the Savior will personally reign. It is obviously true that the weather has been radically changing from time to time. Trust the Lord to know what He is doing and listen and obey the modern day prophets and heed their warnings. You will be prepared to face the probable hard times ahead and you will be able to serve others as well. Blessings, Gar

There isn't a consistent pattern to the weather lately and that should concern many, but it has been so abnormal for so long that people are getting used to the change. It should be a great concern to many. Gargantuan

Looks as if the Kings lost tonight to the Lakers at Staples and that puts us into the playoffs. Remarkable job by our team and it was a great team effort!!! What is next for our boys? Go Lakers

Thanks for the note about Kobe and his no score tally. I thought that I had read that he scored 16 points from somewhere. Well, so much for that, but I am grateful that they won the game and now, what is next for them? Go Lakers

If it weren't for your updates, Dr T, and because I have a difficult time following the Lakers, I would not be as excited about the team. But, learning about the greatness of each player and their determination to keep playing championship ball despite their hardships experienced as they keep getting back up after a loss or two and come back to be an example of how champions handle the long and winding road to the playoffs. Pale One and Dr T, I was hoping:fingerscrossed: that we would win this important game with the Raptors. I wasn't able to watch it on my cable as Comcast changed its service right before the game and I couldn't see it. Good old Comcast marketing manuever, I guess. DT, I watched the game on my TNT cable and though I thought we had a chance to win the game, we didn't. I felt bad as much as most Lakers fans. Despite Kobe's elbow injury and as always, he was an amazing team leader. I thought that Nash did well at times and was a spark that ignited some team enthusiasm. The announcers, though clearly biased toward the Thunder, voiced their approval of the valiant way the Lakers never gave up and played exciting ball. It was pay back time for the Thunder.

When we are doing well we can do many great things and believe in our abilities to knock off the goliaths of basketball. I believe that the Lakers have that ability. Let’s do it!

Dr. T, I was able to watch the game!! I was thrilled to see the Lakers play so well. Howard and Kobe are simply awesome. I know that there were many star players on past Lakers teams, but as I watched those two players handle the ball I was reminded of bygone days. Way to go Lakers!! Let's hope that they play inspired BB with Atlanta. Hope I can find it with my limited cable. Gar
