I have been a capitalization minimalist* since I started writing professionally. Pronouns for Deity were one of the first things I decided could live just fine without being capitalized. So it's actually more than a tiny change for me. But several months ago when I noticed the Church capitalizing divine pronouns, I kind of got conflicted. This battle has been raging inside my mind and spirit for a while now. So while I still have misgivings, I'm relieved of the burden of the emotional and moral struggle.
(I'm obviously speaking tongue-in-cheek, but there is more than just a tiny hint of truth-in-jest in my words.)
*I was going to write "I had been a big capitalization minimalist...", but there seemed to be too many internal conflicts, so I simplified. Very expository/technical writing-ish of me.
By the way, did you know where the term "upper case" comes from, as in upper-case letters? It comes from early typesetting, where type was kept in wooden cases, typically two of them, stacked over the desk where the type was set. The normal miniscule (small) letters were stored in the lower case (and so are sometimes called lowercase letters), and the majuscule (big) letters were stored in—dum, da da DUUUUUUM!—the upper case. So those were the upper-case letters.
In programming, people refer to programming languages and such as being "case sensitive", which just means that a programming language will distinguish between the capital form of a letter and the small (minuscule, or lowercase) form of the same letter, seeing them as two different things. (E.g. a variable named vort will be different from a variable named Vort, or from a variable named VORT, or vOrT, or whatever.) So the idea of "case" has come to mean one of two different ways of writing a given letter, the big way (upper-case) or the small way (lowercase). Strange that a word takes on a meaning radically different from its actual root just because it's used in an expression. Strange, but common.
Also, it sort of bothers me that the non-hyphenated "lowercase" has become de rigeur, but "upper-case" seems to remain hyphenated (or two separate words). I think the problem lies with "lowercase", a portmandeau that serves no obvious purpose but to put a space out of work, but since that's not likely to change, I need to adapt or die. I'll probably do both within a few years or decades. More than doing it like how I would do it, they should just standardize on a way. (The great "they". You know, the people who decide such things.)

The Church of Jesus Christ of LDS is the only church with the true priesthood and living ordinances.
It obviously has not cornered the market on truth, or righteousness though.

As you know, Easter Sunday this year falls on April Fool's day.
So here's the idea. Whereas normally, on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday, you put on your Easter Bunny outfit (real or metaphorical) and hide chocolate eggs all over the house for the kids to search for on Easter morning, this time... you don't. Then in the morning, after the kids have searched fruitlessly for about an hour, you shout "April Fool!"
Not only will your kids find this a "delightfully amusing" prank, you'll save money on Easter eggs too!

Shift it back, brother.  Here's what the Lord himself said:
The Lord himself "wrote" this section of the D&C, so let's not suggest that Jesus Christ did not know what he was talking about.
Don't know any sane person who suggested otherwise.  Even God didn't do that:
Clearly the Lord expects us to seek out learning from wherever we can find it (as well as from him).
Yes, it is wholly true that:
No other church on the earth has the Priesthood of Jesus Christ, nor his ordinances and covenants.
I submit that this person didn't follow the instructions (or see my text below the link):
Some of us don't want the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ, some of us aren't ready for it yet or like to do things the hard way (and maybe need to experience evil longer before we can recognize the good), and some of us love Satan more than God.  (And whatever other combination of variables I'm not thinking of.)
Jesus Christ does not send people (other than Satan and his minions) away, ever.
(Explicit verses above, but the scripture are full of little else than Christ inviting people to come unto him.  He will let them come as far and via whatever convoluted or tortured path they choose, but they are always invited to come fully unto him, and that path is not complete until one has entered into the House of the Lord, received ordinances, made covenants, and then kept those covenants to the end.)

It’s not your duty to get him a more lenient or harsh legal finding.
But if you did not directly witness the event then frankly it ain’t your business.

Interesting take. I suppose that He, as a Pre-Mortal Spirit, might have touched matter during the Creation or when He wrote upon the walls (Daniel 5, a palace; Alma 10, a temple). And He did put his hand over Moses (but this comes across to me as figurative language. In Ether, He only touched the stones and not the person.
Of course Jehovah had the ability to demonstrate a corporeal body of flesh and bone (seemingly an eternal law of grace) to those at Adam-ondi-Ahman, but as He taught the brother of Jared, no one else ever before had the faith to do so. So I’m thinking Jehovah could have appeared to them and presided over the ceremony at Adam-ondi-Ahman as a Spirit, without the laying on of hands or otherwise interacting physically while He “administered comfort” to Adam.
Or maybe He did but no one saw it, and this would allow Him to do the same in the Creation, writing on walls, and touching stones. Maybe He can put on / take off flesh and bone at will outside of the mortal parameters of birth (on) and death (off) and resurrection (on again); I know this is an appealing concept for some. But as long as a Spirit can also organize and touch things with or without a body of flesh and bone, the faith required for a man to witness either would be the same, which has been pointed out is not the case. Probably a topic for another time/thread.
I do think one symbolical interpretation of touching the brother of Jared’s stones to create a light source is a type of the Abrahamic covenant, the covenant with Israel and the continuation of the seeds.

I think that's an interesting question because we assume his present state as a spirit allows him to perform his responsibilities. But does that mean there are things he can do that God the Father can't because He has a body?

Let us be slow to affirm that God is unable to do something. There is nothing (meaningful) that God cannot do. Nothing. God cannot sin, but we understand this to mean that God is infinitely far beyond any desire to sin, that the very idea of a "sinful God" is an oxymoron, and not that God is completely unable to choose to act as he sees fit.
The Holy Spirit is God entering into us. God the Father, God the Son. It is a literal thing. If we don't understand it, it's because the mechanisms and definitions involved have not been publicly revealed.

I got like 4 pounds of election guide paperwork from the state of California just for the primaries.  A 70 page manual for every resident in the household (13). Even though 6 of the children live out of state.
Ain’t nobody gonna read that garbage.  I wasn’t even offered a digital version.
And last time I went over some of the paperwork (like 5 years ago) I couldn’t understand the material.  I asked my wife to help and her English degree and J.D. didn’t help either.
I suspect that Gavin Newsom and Nancy Pelosi own paper mills and a print shop.
Oh, the elections will happen.  Too much money on the line for the advertising, infrastructure, etc.

My son freakin loves his mission.  When he got called to Farmington NM I sighed.
I hate NM.  Got like 3 speeding tickets going thru a 30 mile stretch (NE corner of the state) back and forth from Texas and BYU during undergrad.  Total speed trap 65 MPH on Texas side and 55 in MN - and no one lives along the road, its totally abandoned other than dirt, weeds, scrub trees and cops dispensing citations!
Anyway, he has been in the Zuni Pueblo for 3-4 months and absolutely loves it.  Lots of service (mostly chopping firewood).  Confiscating alcohol from the members and the occasional dime bad of cocaine.  Had to explain that we don’t take possession of illegal substances.  And teaching the gospel.
His letters are great.  And his attitude is spot on.  The ward Sunday attendance has gone from < 10 to over 40.

Yup thats my point.  Jehovah was already God.  Thus he was exalted during our pre-mortal existence.
No doubt he condescended to become mortal.  But He was still God.
When He finished the Atonement and was resurrected, he became perfect in his charge to follow the Fathers plan.
It is my position that Jehovah in the pre-mortal existence and during his mortal ministry was already way advanced in relation to where Abraham, Issac, and Jacob now reside.
And way… way… more advanced then myself.
