Pick one thing that you are doing that you know you shouldn't and focus on stopping doing that thing. Then move on to something else and you will find that your life will change and you will be better able to feel the spirit.

All animals have spirits and go to heaven just like human beings do. If you think about it why would animals die and not live forever just like humans? Animals have spirits too and they existed in the Premortal existence just like me did.

yes I believe that they are. Being a VT supervisor is a calling just like any others. I've never done it but I know from a lot of experience as being a visiting teacher that you want to make sure that you give clear instructions to the other sisters about who they are to report to when they have completed their visiting teaching.
