  1. hey diddly, did you ever watch Sons of Provo???
  2. i'm pretty much a safe driver. I keep to the speed limitis and am very alert to my surroundings. Of course, I am pretty new at the whole driving thing...i just hope that I don't get too comfortable as i get used to the feel of it all.
  3. i think that the worst temptation is unrighteous jugdement towards others. For example: My friend whom I've grown up with in my ward moved away. Her parents worked alot and went to their new ward only a couple times because time was rough for them. The young women in her ward, and just the ward in general, just assumed her family to be "inactive" and didn't really treat them as people of the ward.. but rather they had judged their family and felt sorry for them. In their minds, they thought that my friend and her family didn't want to go to church and were too lazy... Little did they know of their true reasons and the harsh trials they had to endure. Yes, I believe that some members judge too quickly and unjustly. That needs to change. The youth need to help built eachother up and judge righteously, like Jesus Christ would do.
  4. dreams aren't real, but the feelings that we feel in them are. Like I once had a dream that I was in the temple about to be sealed to this young man. I was right beside him, but his face was blurred.. And the feeling i felt, like "man, i'm about to be sealed for eternity to the man i love" and all that stuff. In my dream i felt all those emotions..but the strange thing is that i'm only 16 and pretty sure i haven't met my future husband yet.. But those emotions in my dream were real and completely different from what i know. Freaky, huh? lol i think so. ~*~alexandra~*~
  5. lol true that!!! "going out" is usually when a guy and a girl get together because they like eachother. But we all know that those "relationships" don't ever last and just cause heart ache in the end...trust me, i know. I definately agree that group dates and actually having fun!! If only the guys in my ward were not all jerks... gawsh. lol
  6. lol i'm not in any rush.... i will wait patiently until that time comes. Hopefully it'll come before i turn 80.. Does anyone wanna share their first date experience? until later, ~*~alexandra~*~
  7. Ok here's my problem: I moved away when I was 16...and i wasn't really happy about it. The boys in my new ward are really wierd and we dont really talk. That was a long time ago, and I've never been on a double date. They're snobby and full of themselves. I thought that once I'd turn 16, I would be having so much fun going to the movie or a park with a group date, but now that I'm here, it's only in my dreams. None of the guys in my ward are ppl that I would feel comfortable with going on dates. I've tried to be positive about the whole move thing and getting to know everyone, but things aren't working out for me. I was really looking forward on going on doubledates, too. This totally BITES!!!! alexandra
