Newcastle University is asking British Latter-Day Saints to take part in a family life study. The School of Psychology at the university has devised a questionnaire looking at Mormon family life. Rachel Errington, who is conducting her third-year dissertation project, is looking for both married and unmarried Mormon adults willing to answer a few questions about their experiences of family life. Individual personal details will not be identifiable in the final study. Rachel is supervised by Professor Bruce G Charlton, Editor in Chief of ‘Medical Hypotheses’. Professor Charlton has recently been quoted as saying, “In a few decades Mormons might be a leading group in society.” The family life survey at the Newcastle Upon Tyne university is not officially sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints but has been featured on the lds.org.uk web pages.
