I can't imagine why I'd limit myself to The Bible when I have in addition to The Bible: The Book of Mormon, The Doctrine and Covenants, The Pearl of Great Price, and all of the modern day prophets as sources for doctrine.
I believe this has been given before, this is a fantastic summary, with fantastic links.
    https://www.lds.org/topics/kingdoms-of-glory?lang=eng#overview
If you click scriptures it gives you the primary scriptural sources for this doctrine, in addition it provides talks given by modern day prophets on the subject, along with explanatory texts that are easy to understand under Learning resources.
    Scriptural links below.

I would change telestial and outer darkness.

    Telestial:
    D&C 76
103 These are they who are liars, and sorcerers, and adulterers, and whoremongers, and whosoever loves and makes a lie.

It goes on to describe how people that inherit this kingdom will suffer in hell for their sins until the last resurrection, which is when they'll inherit this kingdom.

Outer darkness is a special place reserved for those who denied the holy spirit, that is they knew God and had a testimony of Christ but still tried to tear down His church despite that fact.

So... I took a visit over at mennoniteusa.org, and confirmed that your faith community believes in the resurrection and Kingdom of God to come. It also affirms punishment for those who reject fellowship with God, engage in unrighteousness, and who refuse his kingdom. My church (Assemblies of God) teaches much the same. If I may offer my crude understanding of the resurrection, from the perspective of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it would be thus:

    Heavenly Realms:
Celestial Kingdom: Populated by those valiant in faith. Even within this kingdom, there will be degrees of glory, with the highest attaining exaltation--becoming like God.
Terrestial Kingdom: Populated by those sincere people who were mostly righteous, and who were sincere in whatever spirituality they practiced. This realm will be glorious beyond our imagination, but, in comparison with the Celestial Kingdom will be as the moon is to the sun. Those here will experience the presence of the Son of God, but not the Father.
Telestial Kingdom: Populated by those who are mostly selfish and unresponsive to the things of God. Yet, these never became enemies of God or his church. This realm will also be wonderful, but significantly less than the Terrestial Kingdom.

Outer Darkness: Reserved for the enemies of God and his church, and those who were very intentionally unrighteous.
CHURCH MEMBERS:  Please correct any over-simplifications and misunderstandings I put above.

We can tell you that one has to work quite hard to not make it to a degree of glory.
Which kingdom of God you will inherit is up to you, and how far you choose to advance along God's covenant path.
Your question can only be answered with another question. If you rephrased it to "Which kingdom of glory will I inherit in my fathers kingdom?" I would respond with "How much of God's truth are you willing to accept and to act upon?"

A lot of Americans come to the UK expecting to be faced with distances in kilometers and speeds in km/h and - having wasted days researching these things - are astonished to learn that we use miles here, same as they do. Furthermore we measure people's heights in feet (not metres) weight in pounds (except at the doctors clinic where it is in kg) and milk and beer in pints. About the only things we do use metric for are temperature (degrees C) and fuel (litres). It's worth noting though that a British pint is not the same as a US pint - it's slightly more.

Most importantly, fountain ink is sold in mL (except Noodler's and maybe another odd brand or two, who insist on using ounces - makes it hard to compare prices with other brands).  As I recall, the Noodler's 3ounce bottles are roughly equivalent to 90mL.
    Thank goodness for Versaverter!

I've seen that argument against free will before. I've always thought it a senseless argument. Knowing what the outcome isn't what determines that outcome, your choices are. Knowledge of what an outcome will be and the causes of that outcome are or  at least can be different things.
As latter-day saints we have the unique perspective that we have always existed. We are co-eternal with God.

jerome1232 reacted to Anddenex in I keep finding advantages to plural marriage
@person0 - I have a family member (woman) who says, "Polygamy would be awesome. The only thing hard about polygamy is the intimacy matter. Other than that, all other aspects of polygamy would be good." There are definitely advantages, but @classylady does bring out some good points (although I don't think duplexes are technically two separate houses. Separate living quarters, but not separate houses). Even Leah did not like Rachel being the favorite, but this still didn't deter the Lord provided it, which says more about us as individuals than the practice itself.
@lostinwater - The statistics you provide are biased. All that God has done and will do "is good." This includes when God has commanded polygamy. There are other stories of the women who practiced polygamy in our Church (not FLDS), who were broken hearted when polygamy was banned.
Using FLDS (apostates) as an example of books about polygamy would be like telling the story of King Noah and saying all religious leadership are bad (well pretty close to 100% of them). The argument you propose can be said for traditional marriage also, as it has left people with a "wake of pain, suffering, abuse, [and] jealousy" in their lives. The argument you propose can also be said for the priesthood, as we know and the Lord knows when people obtain power they can abuse it, but this does not negate the power, authority, and goodness of the priesthood of God.
The pretty close to 100% statistic is manipulating stats, especially if you are comparing FLDS (uninspired) to authentic sources as derived by God (Abraham and Jacob are just some examples). When the children of God act according to the revealed will of the Lord this has never removed the outcome for pain, suffering, abuse, etc... as we have all been given our moral agency.

"Automatically determined"? Certainly not. "Statistically correlated with"? I hope so. If not, being a Latter-day Saint is vain, at least insofar as moving us toward our best possible eternal destiny.

The LDS can create a school system much like the Catholics do - all community-started and funded - especially in places with large LDS population.  It would be a private institution owned by an LDS group and affiliated with the Church as far as oversight goes.  These schools would not need to use tithes.  I believe it is doable especially with the number of LDS children who do not avail of the public school system.  A private LDS college much like Notre Dame for the Catholics is also doable with the help of benefactors.  South Virginia University is such a college with Marriott as the benefactor.  I'm not sure if the Church discourages LDS schools or if none of them crop up due to cultural reasons.  Places like the Philippines would jump at the chance at opening an LDS K-12 school instead of sending their kids to the Catholic School next-door!

    I DO NOT KNOW.
Just to make that clear. I don't know. I have no insight into the BYU admissions process.
That said: I don't believe it, not for a moment. I can't imagine that BYU Admissions Office has access to the tithing records of Church members. The very idea that an admissions office could go check up on the tithing status of the parents of potential students is so outrageous that I don't think it's worth serious consideration. I suppose it's possible, like the Illuminati are possible. But I don't buy it for a second.

Sun dials in the Philippines are not "round".  Rather, they are linear.  So, the very first known sun dial ever used in the Philippines is a half circle standing up and the dial tilted southward:

This is the one in the Philippine Military Academy:

Well, in Alaska it would work between 0 and 24 hours a day. I think there's a total of three days where the sun never sets. You are golden for those three days.

Random thought, wouldn't a sundial not work very well super close to the equator, since the sun isn't very offset to the north or south there, the shadow on the sundial wouldn't really go around, it would just point at 3 or 9 and the shadow would be short or long. Hmmmm.

haha I'd need a calculator for that one.  But speaking of yards.  Working at Hobby Lobby part time in the fabric department, I am blown away every single time I work by the number of people that have no idea how many inches are in a yard or how many feet are in a yard.  I don't know how you get through life without knowing that.  It's something I've had to use a lot during my life,

When I'm measuring small things I dive straight for the metric side of the ruler. Fractions of an inch can die in a firey hell for all I care.
Who knows how many feet are in a mile without looking it up? That's right, no one does. Because it's a stupid odd number.
