  1. She's going thru puberty which is a confusing time for them anyway. Maybe you should talk to the step mom off the record. I'm sure she loves her too and doesn't want her to suffer. She knows she's a little girl and probably doesn't know she's feeling left out.
  2. NO ONE has the right to hit you! Period. I know he's going to be hurt but you don't deserve to be hit. We live in Satan's world so anythings possible if we don't seek the right path.
  3. I say use the technology we have. It's wonderful and has been such a blessing to those that have longed for children and as long as it's your beginnings than I say absoultely. Good luck to you and bring it to the Lord.
  4. Just my opinion but I think life begins when you enter the world and take that first breath! Man can grow an embro in a lab but they haven't been able to give the gift of "life". That first breath, I think is when the soul enters the body until then I think it stays up there with Heavenly Father until it's time.
  5. Tell him he's the one you want to marry in the Temple! That would be that ultimate goal. Man's biggest issue is usually the sex thing (lol)! I was married for 27 years and neither of us were in the church but it was always an issue with him. Once a week was never enough and now that I'm single and have taken a vow of chasity, I miss it (lol)!!! But back to you. NO ONE is ever worth sacificing you're salvation over. I know you love him and he loves you too. Ask Heavenly Father to soften his heart. It's hard to obstain from sex while you're living together and it's just going to make him more bitter about the whole church thing. You'll probably end up giving to the save the peace and the "threats". If you do that, then you're going to feel like crap because you know it's not right. Ultimately, it's not about this life because it's only temporary and the more you study the closer you get to Heavenly Father. Ask him if you were a virgin would he continue to bug you? If your fiance wanted you to do herion would you? Of course not. You're on the right track baby girl. Time is getting short and there's a reason why you've been brought back to the church!! Voice of Wisdom. Listen..
  6. AWESOME and doesn't it feel great?! No more having to go to the ATM, find the stuff, worry about getting busted, feeling like crap when you're going on day number 3-4. I've been there. It's a blessing to be clean so don't forget to give Heavenly Father the credit. Did you have a hard time giving it up? God Bless You!! I'm so happy for you! It's like why didn't we do it sooner???
  7. What is morcor? I've seen it a couple of places. Anyway welcome cwald! I'm a convert to the church for 7 years now so, I don't really know of everything you speak but I have a pretty good guess (lol)! I'm in Colorado and I've witnessed all different types of people in church I can't say that they're members but none the less they were welcomed in and took part in Sunday school etc. I say come on back a see what happens. I'm sure at one time we didn't have blacks in church but we do now. Heck on this site there's someone active in church and plays tarrot. I think that's awesome! We're all just human but we love Heavenly Father and I know he'll be glad to see you back too (lol)!
  8. Welcome back!!! Your new ward will love to know you and your bishop will understand. You just never know what the Lord has in store for you! Start going and then invite your fiance'. You can always go back but to get all your blessings you'll want to eventually go to the temple, get your patriarchial blessing (which is awesome) and blessings that are waiting for you! You'll have to do the work but it's nothing you can't accomplish! You both might become some of the church's finest (lol)! You just never know until you give it a shot and only good can come from it.
  9. Hi there Ardell!! You'll like it here. Deb
  10. You're so welcome! That's just a glimpse of my testimony! Congradulations to your friend!!! WEEEEEEE! Let me just tell you there is no other feeling like being free from drugs and all that comes with it! Know that Heavenly Father wants you back! It's all just temporary here but THIS is where we need to prepare for after our mortality which is where it really begins! Drugs, smoking, drinking is one of Satan's biggest lies. He tells us it'll feel good to get high. I can accomplish alot, my music will sound better if I'm loaded. I can play music better. Look at all these people that love me and think I'm the S---! Not to mention, the ole no-one will know. It's by the grace of God that I didn't loose my freedom, my home, my kids, my job, everything. Once you take him up on his offer, he's gotcha! That's how it works! I swear it does! Anyway you get what I'm saying. Let me tell you another thing, it's not has hard as you think to get closer to Heavenly Father!!! You take the first step and mean it and he'll be right there with you! I used the patch on my arm to quit smoking and have never been back! It's all good! I promise!!!!!!!
  11. Does anyone know what the name of the picture is on this web site? I just love it! I imagine that's exactly what it's like!! I think it's beautiful.
  12. You want to stay away from them! Trust me on that one! They can lead to trouble same as Wee Gee boards. Heavenly Father doesn't talk to use that way but Satan does!
  13. AWESOME!! I'm happy, happy for you! I'd go to mormon.org and you should be able to get in touch with a missionary and they'll probably set up a visit with the missionaries in your area. We're actually Latter Day Saints. I've been a member for 7 years and it's the best thing I've ever done. Completely transformed my life. It need transformation! I have a testimony of drug abuse and since I've been Baptized, and anointed, been to the temple I have NEVER wanted to use again. Heavenly Father took it from me and I haven't been back! No desire for it AT ALL! It's the true church of Jesus Christ. I promise you. You can't go wrong.
  14. I agree with the other poster. Get rid of the kids for a couple of days. Send them to your moms. There isn't really a good time to tell him but you have too. Sure he's going to be angry, hurt but as long as he doesn't hit you suck it up and do what's right. Sin never brings happiness. I've read a couple of similar postings and the person that cheated is not having a good time anymore! Accept responsibility for what you've done and you'll feel so much better. You'll have to go thru his wrath but the sooner you tell him, the sooner you can repent and make it right. Good luck and do what's right it'll get better.
  15. Just my opinion. Satan has a way of making things seem exciting, fun, worth the risk, magical. It's one of his best temptations. I think you're still "caught up" in the excitment of it all. You're not remembering the awkwardness, the shame you felt, the loneliness of it all. He does that on purpose. He just wants you to think it was all great when in actually you did experience the awkwardness, etc.. You're thinking about this other person because it WAS exciting and you and he made you feel something you haven't felt from your hubby in a while. When you think about ending your marriage over this thing you repented about only gives Satan what he after to begin with! You're fixing to give the sin more credit than is due! It's a sin NOT a blessing. To base anything on a sin can only lead to more problems!! This is one of Satan's better tricks because emotions can be so mis-leading. You're day dreaming over a sin. Know it for what it is and whenever you get those thoughts You just say outloud "I am the daughter of the Heavenly Father and I command you to go" and if you do that every time, it'll work. You have to REALLY repent and mean it. Don't give up your wonderful marriage for a sin. It'll only bring you sorrow. I promise.
