  1. I agree with Pam...if it's bothering you enough to ask here, it should probably be mentioned to your bishop.
  2. My husband is our building PFR. (I wouldn't wish that calling on ANYONE, by the way..) Not sure if it has to be a man or not. Sunday School President, yes.
  3. I'm the same way--I have no problem saying "I love you" to my kids, parents, & husband...but that's about it.
  4. I'm the RS pres in our ward and even I dont particulary love going. (Yes, I just admitted that!) I agree that being in Primary is a perfect solution. Anyone care to convince my bishop? ;-)
  5. I really don't have anything to add that hasn't already been said-you've been given some great advice. :) I have two daughters & after my second was born I was miserable for months. I honesstly didn't even like-let alone love-my 2nd daughter until she was 6 mo old. She is now almost 5 and I absolutely adore her. I really just want you to know that you are not alone. Read your scriptures-even if its just one verse-pray, and don't hesitate to ask for help!
  6. Welcome! :) Good goals! I hope you can find your friend!
  7. I myself have a very good friend who is struggling with her testimony. She has only been a member for a year and came from a very difficult background. I have struggled with her decisions to back away from the church, but have finally come to realize that she has free agency and I cannot force her to make good decisions. I continue to pray for her, be an example to her, and be her friend. I've turned my focus on trying to change her to changing myself-since I can really only control MY decisions. :) Good luck-I know it's difficult to watch a friend struggle.
  8. Introducing myself...SAHM with 2 girls and one unknown on the way. :) Currently serving as RS president in my ward. So my life is basically crazy.
