I'd like to share the items I have in two of my FAKs. I am waiting to get an EMS trauma bag to manage airway, breathing, and circulation a lot better. If you do not have a first aid kit, I'd recommend investing in one, especially if 911 is not available. Wal-Mart and Walgreens have a nice kit around 15 to 20 US dollars.
