I think i know what medication group you're referring to. Unfortunately, working out or other similar activities don't relieve this type of tension, especially when it's caused by massive hormonal changes that are beyond the scope that usually naturally occur. No one can make an answer for you. It's always gunna be your option and your choice to make. Just keep in mind Shakespeare's immortal line: "This above all: to thine own self be true."
