  1. Well i also like yoga exercise. Its a best way to get fitness and freshness. With yoga we can make our body flexible and can lose weight easily. It is good for body and mind.
  2. There are so many exercises but i like cardio exercises. I love this type of exercise because cardio have many benefits for health and specially for fitness.
  3. I am also a vegetarian so i love to eat vegetables. I proud to be a vegetarian because i know how vegetables are good for health and there are so many benefits of vegetables. Vegetables are natural food and always best for health.
  4. I always like to do exercise in gym. I have done lot of exercises at gym last year. I think gym is the best place for doing any exercise and we can do workout at gym easily.
  5. Weight lose is not a very difficult task. It needs some exercise with a good diet program. Vegetables and fruits are good diet food for weight lose. In exercise try to do some walk and running regularly.
