What a great article! :) I see a couple of things I want to try. One that my girls and I use quite often is mixing olive oil and granulated sugar as a "scrub" for our feet and hands..It feels wonderful when being massaged on and leaves skin super duper soft!

And yes, I have learned that the hard way....so, maybe you should alter the way you "cut up" with your employees so as to avoid that kind of thing. And tell her that when she says stuff like that to you that it makes you uncomfortable. If it continues, talk to someone higher up about removing her from your immediate supervision. *just my two cents*

hi! So, no coffee at all, doesn't matter if it's fully loaded or decaf. And we stick to herbal teas (although some of us *me* don't like tea at all..yuck!). The goatee is fine. Way back in the day the men of the church all had super long beards..kinda like the one my daddy sports today. He could pass for one of the dudes in ZZ Top (no joke). I like ma's idea of doing some stretches and some focus breathing :) That seems like a great way to get the wiggles out! :) Sometimes having a boy and a girl up at the front arms folded as classes are walking in would help kids to remember to be reverent too.
