About five years ago I saw a training video on BYC where they showed a ward and how they did the meeting. They show the youth leading out in the discussions and not the adult advisors. I really liked how it taught to focus on the youth leaders and not let the adult leaders take over the meeting. I cannot seem to find that video now though, does anyone know where I can find it?
