Maybe I'm the only one () who has trouble keeping the spirit during the week, while working or running errands. Maybe not. I thought I'd list things I do to keep a positive attitude in general. I'm also looking for other ideas so that my 'idle hands' won't be a problem .
1) I have an ipod that I've downloaded music and talks onto. I constantly have this playing in my ear, regardless of what I'm doing. Since my job is pretty flexible it isn't a problem. I like listening to podcasts most of all.
2) I try to meditate once a day to help focus.
My list use to include things like frequent prayer, and carrying seminary stuff around for memorizing. But I'm afraid that as I get older my memory is faulty.
Not a big list, so you can tell I have a lot of problems :)

As an after thought, since I mentioned that I love podcasts, I'll include a couple suggestions to good podcasts.

You can also search the iTunes store (if you use iTunes) for the Book of Mormon Roundtable Discussions, as well as the PoGP, D&C, NT and OT roundtable discussions. They work well when your studying each particular book of scripture.
Also some of you might know who Bob Lonsberry is. He's a host on one of the SLC radio stations. On sunday he hosts a show called 'Lonsberry Weekend' or something to that effect. His show is centerd on LDS beliefs. He's quite a guy. He's like one part Bishop, One part Big Brother and One part Gomer Pyle USMC.

I hope some of my suggestions help people, and I look forward to reading others' replies.
