Enok/Elia/Mooses ... all these were probably taken up before Christ. However it is said that Christ is the first who will be arisen from death. Was tehre only a change in their bodies that made it possible. Did these rise from death with Jesus like many other did... or how is it? I need some enlightening on this. Also if there is any texts other than Bible that tell about dead who were risen.

Getting Sealed in a few weeks...Red Flags
Maya replied to SwordofLaban's topic in Marriage and Relationship Advice
A young girl and a young man around here fell in love but the dad of the girl did not allow her to marry him. She is still after many years a single. He died a little while ago. Her father was a non member. I think best would be to get married and to get work from far away and move. She needs to mark aline for her parents which they are not welcome to cross. -
That is kind of funny... it would also ban the Norwegean misionaries...

Did sex change for you after marriage?
Maya replied to sweetiepie's topic in Marriage and Relationship Advice
Well first I was not LDS when I met my ex. It was usuall for peopel to live together as if they were married first in order "to see" if they fit together and that if they "manage good sex" HAH! As if peopel would not know other ways. Sure you can find a partner you can have better sex with... but then it may hapopen that partner is totally a 0! So what is more important sex or getting well to gether other ways? Is it worth flying from one relationship to an other searching "beter sex"? I was lucky with my second though... Anyway so we lived together before marrying and marriage did not affect the sex in any way at all... it was what it was. With my second husband we waited til wedding night and WOW! I highly recommend to wait! Well of course after some years it probably gets a bit cooler... to flame again one day or some days ... aso... untill somethign or someone dies... Enjoy while you can! -

Hi Welcome. I am a bit of a difender.. cant say apologist as I dont knwo that much yet... but I do ahve connections... if there is soemthign that begins to bother you you can always PM me. Or if someone writes to you something weird... I heard the most too. For the questions above. NO you are NOT a bad mormon if those things dont bother you. Some are give the gift of belief... and I understand it so that those things dont bother them. However ther is no sence in setting yourself deliberately in danger by reading the negatives. If they cant make you believe them they may make you more negative than what you really are. About setting God first.... Dont see anythign where LDS leaders had not set God first even threadhening their life on it. There is nothing wrong in the past of the Church its leaders have been leading the Church according to Gods will and leadership. Dont let the nasty negatives get under your skinn and make you think otherways. Go read and search this site for the true knowledge: Main Page – FAIRMormon Truth is we dont know everything from the past, but it dont mean that anties would have it right, especially as their sources are 3-4 generation knowledge against LDS 1-2 generation. An other thig is you need to KNOW what was life like in the time of the history bewfore you can say anything. Then there is also the question of WHO do you want to believe when ther is no firsthand knowledge.
