pam
Not only did David's dad make the news during the AI competition for his interference in the competition, but looks like he's in the news again.ksl.com - 'American Idol' star's dad cited for patronizing prostitute
FunkyTown
Oh my gosh. He messed up. He messed up BAD, but nobody should have that publicized. The only people who should know are his wife, his Bishop and him. And the arresting officer. Oh, and the judge. Okay. Five people.
pam
It would never have been in the news if it wasn't for the fact his son is famous.
TruthSeekerToo
Actually, some areas will post photos and names of men who do that in the area paper! Looks like maybe Nevada... But, you're right, it wouldn't have had it's own headline if he didn't have 10 minutes of fame.

Wingnut
I just heard about this on the radio this morning. From the little that I know about DA's father, I was -- sadly -- not very surprised.
Just_A_Guy
$582 and a class on "thinking errors", for patronizing a prostitute? Heck--I've seen people get in almost as much trouble over a speeding ticket.
RachelleDrew
I feel bad for David. His dad cannot seem to keep himself out of trouble, and David has to face the humiliation for the sins his father committed. That isn't fair, but that's what happens when you become famous. His dad gets no sympathy from me.

Dravin
Fame. Hmmmm. Why exactly do people want it?It's like double plus good popularity!Of course personally I prefer privacy, quite honestly if I became famous I'm not sure how long it'd take me to get in the papers for shooting the paparazzi and media goons with an airsoft/painball gun. Actually that sounds kinda fun.
