jfroman
So I was just recently called as a R.S. teacher....and I have and have always had an extremely hard time planning lessons or talks. Once I get started Im usually ok...but its just that starting point I get completely blocked on. I have lesson 2 in the Gospel Principles book this Sunday. Its titled-Our Heavenly Family. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas of where to go with this I woud so very much appreciate it!! Thanks so much!
rameumptom
Here is a great blog that discusses each lesson. Lesson 2 actually has three parts, and you can click on the links to the first two sections.RS/MP Lesson 2: ?Our Heavenly Family? beefche
Have you read the lesson? Have you thought about it? Have you prayed about it? What do you mean you have a difficult time starting? Do you mean you don't know how to introduce it to the class? Give me more details. I'm also a RS teacher and I'll be teaching the same lesson this Sunday. I'm more than happy to help, but give me some details on what the precise problems are.
