After studying with missionaries and attending meetings for a few months last year, I was baptized four months ago on my daughter's birthday (December 27th) at one of the wards near my home. Since that time, I have found some great friends and "extended family" with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Although I struggle with chronic illness and cannot get out all the time, I am forever grateful for the support and love that my home teacher and other members have shown since I began my new journey as a member of the LDS church. I hope to spend some time getting to know you all here as well. As I settle into this website and get to know my way around, I will be posting my personal beliefs and testimonies as time permits.
