I will soon be moving to a smaller apartment than the one i already have, the one i am now moving too is similar to this:

Fjordvej 46

And after figuring out that i have to throw about 80% of what i own away to fit it in there, i just remembered that there also has to be room for foodstorage! So im looking for some ideas in here.

How do you store your food? And do you have some tips? ^_^

It depends. If you're storing food for one person, you can buy lots of small (8-16oz) cans and put them into various places. For example, I think IKEA sells blocks that you can use to raise many of their beds; put one in each corner and you'll get an extra few square meters of space.

Even if you can't store a year's supply, I encourage you to store whatever you can. Good luck!

MsMagnolia: Do you mean making a whole table of food storage? Don't know what you mean with the end table :) (My english fails me sometimes, hehe). And yeah, i've seen those bedrollers around, they're actually pretty affordable and often on sale. ^.^ Thought about buying thoose.

Pam: That is cool O_O hm, do you know if it matters if its on a carpet or on a wooden floor? If it will be harsh on it, slide or whatever.

End table would be a table that you would put at the end of a couch for example.

I think you can get risers made out of a hard plastic that would work on either carpet or wood floor. With the weight of the bed, I don't think you would have to worry about them sliding.

I used to have risers like that for a twin bed in the guest room. We have them on hardwood floors, and we just put felt tabs on the bottom so they wouldn't scratch.
