Yoga have may hidden benefits for human being. It gain popularity with the passage of time as compare to other work out like exercise, weight lifting, martial art, cardio. Yoa is less time taken activities in which all the body parts are involved. It reduce tiredness and refresh brain as well.

I did Yoga for a while. I shifted back to other fitness routines (lifting, cardio, etc.) after I moved to a new town. I does have its benefits and I could see doing it again.

I do Windsor Pilates once about every 3 years LOL. It's killer and I'm sure if I kept with it I'd have some nice results.

Yoga of course is an ideal exercise for the fitness and health improvement.

I have started yoga exercise two week ago and I am feeling my health is 100 persent better than previous two week health. It boost my energy, improve my fitness level and also improve my mental condition.

I have problems with my chest and spine being locked up so Kundalini Yoga is the the best for me.

You're only as young as your spine is flexible

I believe this saying to be totally true. It's amazing the Chronic problems that can be relieved and healed thru practicing Yoga, including Depression.

Yoga has so many hidden benefits and we can't explain that how much yoga is good for us. Its a best way to live healthy life. Yoga is good for stretching and we can prevent from many diseases and infections so everyone should do yoga daily.

Yoa is shorter period taken activities in which all the parts of the body are involved. It reduce exhaustion and renew brain as well.

I used to do Yoga a lot. It's not only relaxing, but it can also give you a good stretch. I've noticed that I've become more limber and flexible after just 2 weeks of regular practice. It's also made my heart and mind calmer. :)

Would love to try Pilates.
