Jenamarie
Anyone else into any of these? What specific styles do you practice? The kind on DVD? I love Suzanne Deason and Rodney Yee's Yoga DVD's. I sometimes will pop one in after the kids are in bed, they're so relaxing and yet invigorating at the same time. snow_white

leonasmith77
I used to do Yoga a lot. It's not only relaxing, but it can also give you a good stretch. I've noticed that I've become more limber and flexible after just 2 weeks of regular practice. It's also made my heart and mind calmer. :) Would love to try Pilates.
