I think, since there are apparently no specific instructions for it, it's each individual ward's choice as to how to present them, but I think it makes sense to present them at YW in Excellence. lizzy16 Posted May 24, 2011 Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 In my ward it would be presented in Sacrement meeting :) The duty to God is presented in sacrement meeting as is the YW medallion. Our Bishop said they would receive the certificate in sacrament meeting but to have a special evening program to receive their medallions.
