pam Posted October 3, 2011 Report Share Posted October 3, 2011 Why is there trials and tribulations for those that try so hard to do what they should? Tests and trials are given to all of us. These mortal challenges allow us and our Heavenly Father to see whether we will exercise our agency to follow His son. Does this mean we always understand our challenges? What does it mean to wait upon the Lord? It means to hope, to anticipate and to trust. This requires faith, patience, humility and long suffering and enduring to the end. It means pondering in our hearts and receiving the Holy Ghost so that we know what to do. It means planting the seed of faith and nourishing it. It means to stand fast, to press forward in faith.
