Share!Easy Peasy Fried RiceYou need:- Instant rice (made in 10 mins)- Oil- Soy sauce- Eggs- Green onion- Fresh broccoli- Fresh\frozen peas- Pre-cooked bacon (or use vegetarian substitute. I use Morningstar pork)Prep time:Less than 20 minsPrep: Cook 2-3 cups (2 bags) of rice. Drain excess water, set aside. Finely dice up bacon (6 slices) or substitute. Finely dice up green onion (4 stalks). Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces (1 cup). Set aside (1 cup) peas. Beat 4 large eggs. Heat 1/2 cup oil (medium-high heat), add rice, add egg, cook 30-60 seconds before adding remaining ingredients. Add soy sauce to taste. Voila!
