Bini
This is not a LDS film but it teaches many values that we LDS members strive for. A Smile as Big as the Moon is about a special education teacher that refuses to give up on a group of kids that struggle with developmental disabilities that segregate them from society. Through team work, friendship, dedication and a sense of self worth, these kids train for the opportunity to go to NASA's Space Camp. This is truly an inspirational, entertaining and thought provoking movie. If you've ever felt different or not-quite-good-enough, you might relate to the challenges this group of kids endure on a daily basis, and you'll be touched by the leaps and bounds achievable with a big imagination and a big heart. I watched this movie twice because it was such a great movie :]A Smile as Big as the Moon trailer here.
Blocky
My mother in law was watching this on TV the other day and called me and told me she thought I'd like it. I was thinking 'I've heard of this somewhere!'
