President Henry B. Eyring - Relief Society General Meeting

As sisters, we must care, teach, be taught and sit down together with God.

The sisters of the Church must be unified.

Each of you is in a unique place in your journey to eternal life.

All of us are beloved daughters of our Heavenly Father.

Relief Society sisters watch over each other.

When sisters are unified the miracle of their work is magnified.

Keep the faith.

As you keep the faith, you will find yourself invited by the Lord to serve someone in need when it doesn’t seem convenient. Maybe not even pleasant.

We honor the Good Samaritan for what he did not do. He did not cross to the other side.

Our feelings of compassion can overcome our human desires.

The Lord has created societies of caregivers.

Caring for those in need takes a team. A caring and loving society.

God allows you to feel increasing love for those you serve.

When serving we must remember our own strength.

What course shall I follow that will best help the person I love overcome?

We must learn to recognize that the Savior is always in the circle as we invite Him.

Heavenly Father hears your prayers for guidance in your service.

The Spirit will comfort you when you wonder, “Did I do enough?”
