Navy blue refers probably to the missionary copies of the Book of Mormon, but I think more of the lighter cadet blue of the website and church logo. Sound? No idea. (I know it's not doctrinal... but it's my own "thing".) While I think of a color (cadet blue as mentioned before), I think more of a viewpoint. The views of and around the temple are what I think of.
