Was looking into crossfit but I've been in hospital a couple times within the last 6 months and then had a surgery, so I don't think that programme is suited for me at this time, so doing the regular weight lifting in addition to my everyday morning run. I'm not in shape for it and I will likely walk most of it. Oh well. So far I've also done the following since January 1st 2015: 889 pushups1000 leg lifts390 curls Quote

BladeMoses Posted August 26, 2015 Report Posted August 26, 2015 Monday, Wednesday, Friday...every week, Squats, Bench Press, Deadlift with a few other lifts thrown in here and there. Heavy weight, low reps. Been doing this a few months and it seems to be working. Not really a way of losing weight but getting much stronger so that I can do more man things. Quote
