How to talk to Bishop

Call the executive secretary of your ward and ask for an appointment with the Bishop.  That is their calling.  As you are setting up the appointment you can ask him the details of where it is held.  In most cases it will be in the bishop's office.

My opinion is that with Youth ...you may not need to approach Exec Secretary. You might approach your Bishop yourself and tell him you need to speak with him. Sometimes in dealing with youth if they have to approach others to get to their Bishop they may not speak with him at all.

I would suggest to approach your Bishop and tell him you need to see him.
