Nothing regarding this changed when we came to earth. We belong. We are daughters of our Heavenly Father who loves us and we love Him. Our purpose in coming here is to be tested and stretched. We are to unite in empathy and compassion as we help others who are struggling. As daughters of God we act in accordance with those empathies which God has implanted in our hearts. God gave us families to become what He wants us to be. We have a divine nature, an eternal identity and purpose. God needs us to be one. Covenant keeping daughters to be united. Sacred covenants made in temples make it possible to return to God and for families to be united eternally. As we use our time in mortality to study Christ’s teachings, we become more like Him. The family is of God. The Father’s plan is a plan of love. Attacks on the family have increased over the years. We must understand the eternal significance of truths and the eternal plan for families. Minister with your powerful influence for good by strengthening our families, our church and our communities.
