Dale G. Renlund - Saturday p.m. Session

A saint is a sinner that keeps on trying.

God cares a lot more about who we are and about who we are becoming than about who we once were.

He wants us to keep on trying.

Because of God’s mercy and the atonement of Jesus Christ, such a change is not just literary fiction.

In His mercy, God promises us forgiveness in our repentance.

Even if we have been a constant sinner, the moment we decide to try again, the atonement can help us.

No matter how we suffer, the Savior’s atonement can heal even those who have innocently suffered.

No matter what, with His help, God expects Latter Day Saints to keep on trying.

All of us are in need of the same infinite atonement.

Evaluate your life, repent and keep on trying.

If we don’t try we’re just Latter Day Sinners, if we don’t persevere we are Latter Day Quitters..if we don’t allow others we are just Latter Day Hypocrites.
