Special Snowflakes...

Black Lives Matter decided to hold a protest inside the Mall of America, despite the fact that the interior of the mall is private property and so every last one of them could be arrested.

They also took their protest inside a local airport terminal, and one tweet indicated that they did face arrest if they didn't leave immediately.

Shaun King, the guy who was kicked out of the BLM movement for lying and financial shenanigans, is back in the news again.

This time, he's saying that Christmas and Easter are all a part of a white supremacist conspiracy; as he put it, any image of Jesus that does't make him look like a "Syrian refugee" (his words) is a conspiracy to push "white" concepts on everyone.

Welcome to the new Black Youth of the future:

What they want:

  • We demand all local, state and federal budgets to defund the police and invest those dollars and resources in Black futures.
  • We want reparations for chattel slavery, Jim Crow and mass incarceration.
  • We want to end all profit from so-called “criminal justice” punishment – both public and private.
  • We want a guaranteed income for all, living wages, a federal jobs program, and freedom from discrimination for all workers.
  • We want the labor of Black transgender and cisgender women (unseen and seen, unpaid and paid) to be valued and supported, not criminalized and marginalized.
  • We want investments in Black communities that promote economic sustainability and eliminate the displacement of our people.

National Review has an essay about the situation up in Princeton.

Members of one special snowflake group up there are literally saying that free speech has no place on campus because it makes people feel unsafe.

There's no special snowflake group up there that is saying that those who are saying that free speech has no place on campus are making them feel unsafe?

By the way, if you have an hour to spare, Ben Shapiro's speech on Mizzou was brilliant!  Unless you're in your safe space.  You will be invaded.  :)

Shouldn't he sue the artist? The museum is but a victim of the system, I say.

He should, but don't let the evil Museum off the hook so easily.  They opted to display it.  The ONLY proper redress here, obviously, is to have the museum staff reeducated given training in diversity, the curator fired and replaced by a board of at least 5 members of which no more than one member can be white (preferably female) and a public apology issued.  Furthermore, the museum should be fined and the money donated to diversity and sensitivity awareness training at all art college campuses.

The original artist should not only be sued, but should also be made to attend conditioning reeducation sensitivity classes and should face jail time if he/she refuses.  Also, any other paintings depicting Jesus as a white male should be confiscated for the protection of the public.

This is the only way we can protect free speech, you know.
