Great at the start, strong defence, weak offence, with just enough to hang on to the end. He did great at college, but was he a guy who was naturally talented or just worked really hard? I think in college you can get by (at a smaller one) with a bit of talent and hard work, but in the pros you need extra hard work and insane talent. You are also teaching them football in college.
