prisonchaplain
Father, spare this land for the sake of the Righteous. Grant church and government leadership the wisdom of Solomon and Joseph. Use Caesar to prosper and protect your church. Use your church to prosper and protect this land. Finally, LORD, draw your people with hope--to humble ourselves, repent of our sins, and pray that you would heal the land. I ask these things in Jesus' matchless name. Amen. God will ever be mindful of this great Nation, as long as we are mindful of God. I served my country in the Army for eight years, and it was my honor to do so. May God grant us all the wisdom and the courage to always make her great. prisonchaplain and David13
LeSellers
My unit was at the far left end of the formation. When I saluted the flag, I couldn't see it because my hand was n the way. One day, the commander had us form up differently, with us on the right. When I saw the flag that morning, my spine tingled, my whole body shivered: this country is "the land of the free and the home of the brave." That was more than twenty years ago. We are facing serious problems, from sea to shining sea: freedoms lost, abortion rampant, speech curtailed, and so on and on. Nonetheless, I do not regret a moment of the decades I wore the uniform. And, while I've failed to deliver the same country I'd inherited from my grandparents to my grandchildren, it was not for lack of effort. This country could, if we'd once again serve the God of the land, which is Jesus Christ, regain her liberties and right. I fear we have, like the Nephites of ad 250, passed a point of no return. Not because we could not, repent, but because, by and large, we will not. And I fear for those precious grandchildren. We must vote, and more, we must seek for honest men and true, must work to get them elected. And we must spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ far and wide because politics alone will not turn my USA around. Lehi David13
