Gavin McGinnis is not a "far right extremist" or an alt-right in the same manner that Tommy Robinson is not one. Proud Boys and the EDL both got usurped by a small group of idiots that the media focuses on to paint the entire organization causing its foundational purposes to be drowned out by propaganda to the point that the founders lose control of its image that makes it hard to attract/keep members true to its founding principles as well as keep out the bad elements from the group. Also,the EDL is full of ex blood and honour /c18 members. None of these groups are something members of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints should have ties to.
