B.cole2
I came across this article that was dated 2 years ago. which says the churching was planning to regroup ALL the singles wards into family wards. Was this true? And whatever happened to it? https://www.ldsdaily.com/entertainment/lds-church-break-singles-wards/
Manners Matter
April Fool's joke - notice the date.
pwrfrk
Maybe not. I was hearing that a few years ago myself. I remember we had a group discussion at our singles ward about that. Whatever our Prophet decides, we will follow.
Fether
I’ve heard this to be a rumor for changes this general conference (and this was in a non-April-fools context)
Iggy
Our Branch and the Ward to the north of us are splitting off and the singles from each will be meeting at our Branch building as a Singles Branch after our *Family* block. This is not an April Fools joke, just don't know when it is going to come about.
Guest Mores
I'm sure something like this will eventually happen -- esp. on the local levels when YSA populations get low enough. But I don't see this happening any time soon. I'd like to see at least one reputable and authoritative source say it is currently being planned.
