blackcat Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 my goals are these: 1) maintain my ten pound loss and keep losing adding another 10 each month to reach my goal weight. 2) be a nicer person 3) finally give my pain and frustration about others to God (truly forgive-but not forget lets make that clear) 4)read the bible front to back and taking baby steps to clearly understand what its saying 5)pay off at least one credit card by 12/31/08 6)save more 7)be the child that my HF would be proud to have 8)find away to live each day- "that when my feet hit the floor satan says, "Oh NO" they are awake" (taken from a quote from someone here.) 9)be a better friend and relative 10)"Pay it Forward" (name of a movie-a good one i think) something that a local radio station had suggested! i think its a good one. susieSA Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 1) Teach my son how to swim (only a few more months to go till I can start ) 2) Be a better wife (not so irritable) 3) Stress less 4) Work on having more faith 5) Eat healthier 6) Get started on the scrapbook for my son 7) Make a memory box for my son 8) Start saving as soon as possible 9) Get food storage going again 10) Stay up-to-date with Sunday School & RS reading (for a change) 11) Make the move to UK as smooth as possible for little dude 12) Make new friends 13) Be a good friend to those I have already There are a few more... In addition to many of those already stated, one of mine is To read scriptures with my DH on a daily basis. Since this year is focused on Book of Mormon in Sunday School, we will study for next Sunday's class while we are at it. And, best of all, this is not a one sided goal; we have already discussed it.
