I just came across this study.

https://advances.sciencemag.org/content/5/1/eaau3333

It basically says that good dental health (I believe it had to include flossing) helps reduce the risk of Altzheimer's.  I haven't kept up on the study of A.D. to know about what receptors and what hormones and proteins do what and what they have to do with A.D.  But this report is very interesting.

Who knew our teeth were so important to our mental health?
