I grew up in the Church, served a mission here in what was the Canada Toronto West Mission before the East and West Missions were combined. On the mission I met my wife Lorraine who I married in the Toronto Temple more than 10 years ago. Some of our story can be found here. Just looking to spread the light of Christ wherever I can. Be careful what you say to US border guards. Often telling them that you are volunteering in the States is not acceptable https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatoon/volunteer-music-festival-us-ban-1.5303255 We have had people ‘working’ in the US temples turned away at the border.
